Reiki is a natural, holistic healing modality that uses life force energy, or chi, to restore balance and promote healing in the body. It works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Reiki is an excellent compliment to any health program.

Treatments are done fully clothed. Only light touch is used and sessions are suitable for people of all ages/abilities.
